"I have thought of Naples everyday since we left. Not only is this condo a beautiful rental, it's location is ideal. We had a very laid back vacation but appreciated how close it was if we wanted to eat out or get gorceries to prepare a meal at home. (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, Publix, the list goes on...) Each day we ate breakfast on the patio and watched the activity on the beach and then headed to to the ocean to walk, find shells and play. The storage area had a cart with beach supples (we added some sand toys) which made it easy to bring everything on the boardwalk and down to the ocean. I was worried it would be a long walk to get to the beach but it was absolutely fine. And walking over the canal made for interesting nature watching.

During the afternoons we enjoyed the beach again and then the pool, which was warm and plenty large to handle different families and couples. We were lucky to be there during a quiet week.

We would return to this rental and recommend staying here. It has been recently redone and its finishes are classy and tasteful. It has a layout that worked well for us and our two kids, ages 11 and 16. The master has ample storage in the closet and bathroom area so you can unpack and hide your suitcase.

In general, this rental and the dreamy weather made it one of our best trips. Even the grounds crews and security guards at the gate were friendly and took pride in their jobs. Thank you for a wonderful week!"

"This is our 2nd year in a row, staying at this condo during the summer. We loved it so much last year, that we had to return and hope to continue the tradition. The condo is beautifully renovated with a clean, modern feel. All necessary supplies are there and if we ever needed anything, John (the owner) was quick to get us anything or help out in any way. The view is incredible and the short walk to the beach (2 minutes) is paved with easy access. Beach has that white, soft sand and clear, warm water that makes you want to stay forever! We love this place!"

Our only complaint is we had one day without A/C due to a repair (of no fault of the owner), and we couldn't use the beach due to red tide. Again, no fault of the owner, but a heads up that they were dealing with red tide would have been helpful."

"I have rented many places all over and this rental is one that I would return to. Not on the beach but perfectly placed for beach and ocean watching. Easy to get to the beach. All aspects of the reservation were concise and efficient. The rental itself was perfect. Not tacky and cluttered, but updated in a cool blue color. The condo itself was in excellent working order. I don’t like carpeting and the floors were wood or an imitation. The towels were fluffy and without spots. The linens were without tears and the bed comfortable. Changing the towels, linens and kitchen linens is a small but important thing to do on high end rentals and this rental did not disappoint me. While we ate out every night the kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were updated and worked well. While we were in low season, the building was very quiet, only 4 units per floor so limited traffic. I much prefer a pure rental than renting some ones vacation home as they are less cluttered without the personality of the owner apparent. If the decor of the rental is not of my taste, I keep looking. This condo was perfectly placed, decorated and managed. We hope to rent it again in the near future."

"Beautiful view and beautiful condo. Needed a few more incidentals like bowls for cereal and some plastic glasses for outside. Knive set was rusty and weren’t able to be sharpened.
Was concerned about the spare pillowcases... they didn’t look washed and there was a hair on one of the cases. I re-washed the cases and they did come out looking the same as when I found them. Minus the hair.
Also one of the guest beds looked like someone had laid down on it after the bed was made.
Not usually a stickler or complainer but thought maybe the owner would like to know.
Most annoying was the wifi capability. Only able to connect in one room?! All other WiFi’s in the complex showed up but this condo’s wifi was only available in the den. Crazy!
Overall this condo is gorgeous and the view and proximity to the beach can NOT be beat."

"It is extremely hard to find a shorter term rental on the beach that is also updated but this condo is one of them. It’s small but cozy and the couches are so comfortable. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and the beach area is private so you don’t feel crowded in.

The kitchen is pretty well equipped for its size and the fridge is on the small size so we made sure not to buy too many things at one time. The unit had plenty of bath and beach towels, extra pillows and a small hand held vacuum to pick up sand off the floor.

Naples Cay is gated, secure and the complex is well manicured. The exercise area was very nice but gets crowded in the mornings. Susan was super helpful when booking and everything was set up with keys exactly as she described. I highly recommend booking this condo."

"This was our 3rd visit in a row to this condo in Naples and I can't say enough about how amazing it is! It's always clean on arrival, stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need to eat in (necessary for us as we have 3 littles). This most recent visit, we noted that we didn't have a comforter for the pull-out bed and after a quick call to John, we had a comforter, sheets and a pillow within one hour at our doorstep! The beautiful, paved 2 minute walk to the beach leads to the perfect sandy, uncrowded beach where we set up the supplied umbrellas, chairs and toys for our kids to play for hours. We will definitely be back for a 4th year!"

"We have stayed numerous times at Naples Cay in both the Club at Naples Cay and Westshore. During the earlier visits we rented units from owners who used them for their own vacation purposes when they wanted to and put them in the rental pool when they did not. These units were well furnished and had many rather insignificant things such as rugs, scissors, tape, books, pens, pencils and the like that made staying there more like home. Currently, several of the units are now owned strictly for rental purposes so the owners are skimping on furnishings and the units are less homey. The views from the units are still great but we were a little disappointed in our latest stay."

"Seagate Suites is a friendly, accommodating rental agent. The location is fantastic, the views are lovely, and the building is terrific. A great location for beach and/or great walks. Close to Clam Pass Park and walkable to the Shops at Waterside. All I can suggest are a few minor updates of the condo by the owners for longer term stays. a) New knives, a couple of casserole dishes, a cooking thermometer, and new cutting boards for the kitchen. b) tighten up the dining table and its chairs. Small stuff that would help. "

"Great condo and location. We had a great time in Naples, beaches were absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all, the people were so friendly. Condo is as shown in pictures very clean. Drains in bathroom and kitchen were very slow draining and AC quit working (you have to keep it no lower than 74) but, once we notified Susan & John all was taken care of in a timely manner. The best part is the lockers with beach equipment everything you would ever need for the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and fishing poles and a cart to get it all to
the beach easily. The grounds at Naples Cay are absolutely beautiful. Great family vacation!! "

"We visited two months after Hurricane Ian. Lots of landscaping taking place to make the beautiful property even more perfect. When we left both elevators were operating, but not to the ground floor (only down to lobby level) which made getting one’s “stuff” in the building a pain. This was inconvenient for everyone, visitors and condo owners alike, but will be resolved as soon as possible. (There are many buildings in Naples with non-functioning elevators at the end of 2022),
From the moment you drive up to the gatehouse which is attended 24/7, you are greeted by beauty, elegance, cleanliness, serenity, and a feeling of security. A code is required to enter the building. Lobby is beautiful. Never encountered anyone who was not pleasant, polite, and friendly. The condo unit itself looks like the pictures on the website. It is very clean. Beds are good, pillows are not that great. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Lots of pots and pans and storage, too. Furniture looks virtually new. The terrace is quite large and affords beautiful Gulf views. (In December the sun sets behind one of the buildings closer to the Gulf, so no sunsets visible). The large pool and surrounding deck are pristine and like everything else, perfectly maintained.
Building is very quiet. Only four units per floor.
You will not regret staying here. We hope to return next winter."
